In 2004 the photographer Sonja Inselmann started the project "Semesterakte" with students from Bremen. Since then, she has done photo shootings with about 30 students from different colleges in athletic poses every year. That ist how she created a new piece of art year after year, which all together traised about 60,000 euros for good purposes. This year, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the series, the first portfolio was published with the 2014 calendar. Over 100 aesthetic black / white artifacts of female and male athletes in powerful, dynamic and also sensual poses, are found in this unique work. The photographer devotes a special chapter to paralympic athletes, who she photographed for the "Fine Handicaps 2006" calendar.Including the famous swimmer Kirsten Bruhn, who played as a protagonist last year in the film "Gold" by Til Schweiger. Many pictures are emphasized in their effect by quotes from Goethe, Nitzsche, Schiller, and so on.
